Wherever possible and in line with our terms and conditions we will look to support you every step of the way.
Returns must be agreed in writing and we will need to understand fully the reasons for the return so we can advise on next steps.
Please note as follows:
- Save as agreed by the seller in writing and in its own absolute discretion no goods will be automatically accepted for return.
- In the event of acceptance for return there will be a handling charge of up to 20% of the price of the products concerned.
- Risk in the goods to be returned shall remain with the buyer until received or collected by the seller.
